Experimentation was carried out using INSTRON 8801. The results were compared with the glass/epoxy composite. The effect of fiber orientation (0 /90 , 15 /-75 , 30 /-60 , and 45 /-45 ) was analyzed and it shows that the fiber orientation of 0 /90 provides higher strength and stiffness than other fiber orientations used in this work. 摘要

本文研究了黄麻纤维和竹纤维增强环氧树脂天然纤维增强复合材料的力学性能。采用手工铺层技术制备复合试样。试件分别按照ASTM D3039和D3410标准进行拉伸和压缩试验。实验采用INSTRON 8801进行。结果与玻璃/环氧复合材料进行了比较。分析了纤维取向(0 /90、15 /-75、30 /-60和45 /-45)的影响,结果表明,0 /90取向的纤维比其他取向的纤维具有更高的强度和刚度。在抗压试验中,黄麻复合材料表现出比竹复合材料更高的强度,但与玻璃复合材料相比却不能相提并论。
