So our test system has the functions of online management and offline monitoring. 摘要

当今社会已经进入工业4.0时代。LED电源测试更注重效率和生产的协调性等因素。为此,我们发明了LED电源无线质量检测反馈装置。本装置以LED电源高效测试仪为下位机。通过无线通信接口JN5139芯片将LED电源质量的测试结果发送到上位机的PC机,通过上位机中的无线模块发送数据,即可改变下位机的上下电流参数。因此我们的测试系统具有在线管理和离线监控的功能。实验表明,合格的LED电源对雷电衰减振荡频率、静电放电频率、电压突变频率和开关动作频率等影响浪涌电流的四个重要因素具有良好的抵抗能力。
