The locations where does not exist telecommunications services but there are users, generally there exist electrical service, which allows the utilization of the electrical systems as the access network. During the development of this research we consulted documentation related to PLC implementations in Europe, which allowed to establish how to constitute a based PLC network, which are the elements that need to be considered, aspects related with electromagnetic compatibility, and transmission speed researched, also it was consulted the PLC systems description developed by vendors associations and organisms without profit aims, doing more specific in testing PLC systems and results.
