The method of analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM). \nThe results showed that: (1) micromanagement have a negative significanton engagement and employee performance. (2) Resilience, and OCB partially have a positive significant effect on engagement and employee performance. (3) engagement have a positive significant effect on employee performance. (4) micromanagement have a negative significant effect on employee performance through engagement. Pengaruh Mikromanajemen, Resiliensi, dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Terhadap Enggagement dan Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Karyawan Pada Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Kota Makassar
