摘要

研究目标:(1)部分分析微观管理、弹性和组织公民行为对敬业度的影响;(2)部分分析微观管理、弹性、组织公民行为和敬业度对员工绩效的影响。(4)通过敬业度部分分析微观管理、弹性和组织公民行为对员工绩效的影响。采用定量研究方法,样本为345名员工。使用问卷调查收集数据的方法。目的抽样:通过有目的的抽样来收集样本的方法。分析方法采用结构方程模型(SEM)。结果表明:(1)微观管理对员工敬业度和绩效有显著的负向影响。(2)弹性和组织公民行为对敬业度和员工绩效有部分显著的正向影响。(3)敬业度对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。(4)微观管理通过敬业度对员工绩效有显著的负向影响。(5)弹性、组织公民行为通过敬业度对员工绩效有部分显著正向影响。
