With scientific researches on coaxial electrospraying as an example, this paper has explained how to efficaciously implement “Scientific Research Nurtures Teaching” to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. 摘要

有效实施“科研促教学”,有利于高校专业人才的培养。专业知识更新的新陈代谢决定了专业教育和学生实践能力的形成在大学生活中的关键作用,丰富的专业研究课题也保证了丰富的教材。本文以同轴电喷涂的科研为例,阐述了如何在本科生和研究生中有效实施“科研促教学”。在“三全教育”精神的明智指导下,1)同轴电喷涂的所有过程都可以成为培养教学的有用材料,如原材料和实验条件,同轴电喷涂工艺的实施,纳米产品的结果分析,专利或研究文章的撰写;2)同轴电喷涂周围的所有工作人员都可以积极参与教学,如主管、讲师、行政人员、学术访问人员、安全员等;3)开展全方位教育,育人育人,培养学生除专业能力外,实践能力、组织管理能力、危机解决能力、创新能力、组织能力、团结协作精神等能力。
