在新媒体环境下,媒体的传播主体、传播渠道、传播方式都发生了变化。西安在城市形象的塑造和传播过程中,要改变以往自上而下的宣传理念,充分利用新媒体的优势,丰富传播主体,发挥新媒体的互动特性,在整体传播理念的指导下,实现跨媒体传播策略。这些都可以使西安这个历史名城和“硬科技之都”的形象被游客所了解和认可,从而更好地提升城市的外向型和美誉度。
