摘要

本文研究了在STATCOM和SVC存在的情况下多母线电力系统的局部和全局电压安全性。采用多母线电力系统串联网络当量推导出的全局电压安全指标(GVSI)来评估整个系统的电压安全性。关于一个特定负载母线的电力系统的Thevenin等效已被用于评估局部电压安全性。本文还对STATCOM和SVC在利用网络当量改善电压安全性方面的有效性进行了对比研究,并利用众所周知的l指数进行了验证。STATCOM在确保电压安全方面比SVC更有效,同时也能显著降低无功线路损耗。
