随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对生鲜产品的日常需求也在不断增长。本研究考虑实时交通拥堵情况,对路段进行划分,计算每个路段的实际行驶时间,分析运输成本,建立以成本最小为目标的数学模型,并采用改进遗传算法求解。此外,本研究还探讨了区分交通拥堵水平对车辆路径和成本的影响。
