摘要

企业数字化转型的过程需要大规模、复杂的软件系统的支持。利用群体智能可以实现软件系统的高效构建。而群体智能协作组织的质量直接影响到软件系统开发的效率和质量。本文针对群体智能高效、协调、可持续、健康进化的需求,基于数字化群体智能管理方法的研究,提出了一种自适应软件开发方法的质量体系和支持团队多并行开发的开发模式,提出了群体智能的有效性评价方法和评价指标,并开发了数字化软件协同开发平台。有效组织大规模群智能高效协同,交付高质量软件产品,构建成长型群智能软件生态系统,帮助企业快速实现数字化转型。
