This paper carries out a tracking study on the 110 kV abnormal mechanical vibration GIS equipment of a substation in Chongqing power grid. First, the vibration detection test was carried out before and after 180 days for different chamber of arrester, disconnector, current transformer and circuit breaker of the abnormal and normal GIS interval respectively. Then, the comparative analysis of vibration law such as harmonic energy and vibration amplitude was carried out for different gas chambers of the same interval, the chamber of same type different intervals and the same chamber at different detection times. Results show that has greater harmonic distortion than normal gas chamber, the abnormal chamber vibration amplitude and waveform distortion increased sharply with the development of time, and even affect the normal chamber mechanical properties. 摘要

气体绝缘开关柜(GIS)设备机械缺陷是威胁电网安全的关键因素,掌握设备的机械振动规律和缺陷发展趋势具有重要意义。本文对重庆电网某变电站110 kV机械振动异常GIS设备进行了跟踪研究。首先,对GIS异常区间和正常区间的避雷器、隔离器、电流互感器、断路器的不同箱体分别进行180天前后的振动检测试验。然后,对相同间隔的不同气室、相同类型不同间隔的气室、不同检测时间的同一气室的谐波能量、振动幅值等振动规律进行了对比分析。结果表明,异常气室具有比正常气室更大的谐波畸变,异常气室的振动幅值和波形畸变随时间的发展急剧增大,甚至影响正常气室的力学性能。研究内容可为GIS设备机械缺陷维修的现场指导提供有效参考。
