摘要

门式起重机的服役是年限,存在铆钉掉落、钢板腐蚀变薄等诸多问题。本文利用I-DEAS软件对臂架系统进行了三维建模和有限元计算,并在此基础上进行了故障及影响分析和故障树分析。仿真结果表明,部分观测点臂架系统应力计算值已超过结构强度许用应力。但它们都小于金属结构材料的强度极限。通过可靠性分析得到的臂架系统的RPN值和故障树最小值可为企业用户今后使用和维修门式起重机提供重要参考。研究表明,用户应定期对吊臂系统进行检查,并采取措施进行合理维修,避免发生重大事故。
