The purpose of this study is twofold. First, it will describe in-house development of e-learning system. This includes description of infrastructure for e-learning system and implementation of e-learning system at the num. Second, it will propose a multi-criteria evaluation methodology according to proposed methodology to evaluate open source e-learning systems and edunet system.
