摘要

本文提出了一种改进的基于左/右复合传输线的零阶谐振器。利用所提出的零阶谐振腔设计了一种新型射频微波振荡器。由于采用了所提出的零阶谐振腔,消除了振荡电路中的阻塞数字间电容,简化了设计过程,减小了电路尺寸。采用微带线技术实现的改进型零阶谐振器全波仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好。最后,利用改进的第零振荡器对微波振荡器进行了瞬态和谐波仿真。
