It involves a variety of subjects and needs the wide participation of all sectors of society. In order to study the relationship between its internal elements, this paper uses the complex network theory to carry out research. Based on the analysis of the basic network model and the characteristics of emergency logistics system, three independent complex network models of material demanders, material manufacturers and raw material suppliers are established, as well as a three-layer dependent network model after the coupling relationship between the three is established.
