摘要

本研究旨在探讨领导与工作动机对教育机构教师绩效的影响。这项研究是定量研究。本研究的样本均为教师,共49名教师。研究数据采用SPSS 23版。我们发现F计数为22,052 > F表3,20,因此,领导和工作动机这两个变量同时对教师绩效有显著的影响。胜任力和工作环境对教师绩效的影响贡献为47.3%,52.7%受到本研究未培养的其他因素的影响。
