In this paper, a calculation method of operational domain of virtual maintenance based on convex hull algorithm is proposed. First, a hierarchical skeleton mathematical model based on the physiological characteristics of human skeletal structure is given to digitalize the virtual human body. Second, the motion equation of human posture is built based on the model of skeleton joint chain and the offset matrix of default skeleton posture. Finally, convex hull algorithm is used to calculate the operational domain of virtual maintenance. The proposed method is validated using realtime data collected by the Noitom's motion-capturing device. 摘要

基于虚拟现实技术的虚拟维修是近年来发展起来的,但尚未建立起定性分析与定量分析的关系。提出了一种基于凸包算法的虚拟维修操作域计算方法。首先,基于人体骨骼结构的生理特征,建立了一种分层的骨骼数学模型,实现了虚拟人体的数字化;其次,基于骨骼关节链模型和默认骨骼姿态偏移矩阵,建立人体姿态运动方程;最后,采用凸包算法计算虚拟维修的操作域。利用Noitom的动作捕捉设备收集的实时数据验证了所提出的方法。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地为虚拟维修的操作领域提供定量分析。
