This study is to confirm the reinforcing effect of pipe-roof by measuring lateral earth pressure acting on the underpass constructed by the STS (Steel Tube Slab) construction method. For this purpose, lateral earth pressure was measured at the left and right side of the pipe-roof after installing earth pressure cells. As a result, lateral earth pressure was measured with considerable reduction because the integrated pipe-roof shared surcharge. Therefore, economic design for the underpass could be expected by sharing design load by pipe-roof. In addition, construction cost was analyzed according to the design-load sharing ratio by pipe-roof. 摘要

近年来发展起来的非开挖施工方法是在地下通道段插入钢管,在地面开挖前将钢管连成管顶,以保证地面沉降的稳定性。本研究是通过测量钢管板(STS)施工法下穿隧道的侧土压力,来确认管顶加固效果。为此,在安装土压力箱后,分别在管顶左右两侧测量侧土压力。结果表明,由于一体化管顶共压,侧土压力测量值显著降低。因此,通过管顶分担设计荷载,可以实现地下通道的经济设计。此外,根据管顶设计荷载分担比,对施工成本进行了分析。在四车道地下通道的情况下,由于管顶分担设计荷载的40%,总施工成本可以降低近10%。
