The protection system aims to detect the occurrence of a disturbance and as soon as possible isolate the disturbed part of the system so that it does not affect the entire system. Good electrical network performance also requires a good protection system, one of which is the Over Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR) which are used as network system protection, this relay works against overcurrent, it will work if the flowing current exceeds setting value. In this study discusses the short circuit current, OCR and GFR settings at the Cirebon Babakan Substation. The OCR time grading in the installed condition does not comply with the IEC 60255 standard so a reset is performed and the OCR working time results on the incoming side = 0.12. Time grading between OCR according to the IEC 60255 standard is 0.402 seconds.
