The sample in this research were all employees, amounting to 35 teachers. Determination of the number of samples using a saturated sample (census). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for windows. The results showed that :1) Work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan; 2) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan; 3) Teacher professional allowance has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan; 4) Work environment, discipline and teachers professional allowance has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan. 摘要
本研究的目的是确定和分析工作环境、纪律和教师专业津贴对3 Tapanuli Selatan伊斯兰学校教师绩效的部分和同时影响。本研究的样本均为员工,共35名教师。使用饱和样本(普查)确定样本数量。使用的分析技术是描述性分析方法和多元线性回归分析,使用SPSS 20.00 for windows。结果表明:1)工作环境对三所学校教师的绩效有显著的正向影响;2)纪律对Negeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan伊斯兰学校教师绩效有正向显著影响;3)教师专业津贴对Negeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan伊斯兰学校教师绩效有显著的正向影响;(4)工作环境、学科和教师专业津贴对3 Tapanuli Selatan伊斯兰学校教师绩效有显著的正向影响。工作环境、学科和教师专业津贴能够解释其对Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan教师变量绩效的影响,占59.0%,其余41.0%是本研究未检验的其他自变量的影响。
PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN DAN TUNJANGAN PROFESI GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 3 TAPANULI SELATAN
