It was found that waste of powder color significantly decreased without negative effect of higher defect rate. 摘要

本行动研究旨在减少某案例公司空调零件粉末涂装过程中粉末颜色的浪费。采用了六西格玛方法和现代质量改进工具和技术,如七个基本质量控制工具。将更多工件布置在挂钩上,增加喷涂面积。重新设置喷枪运动水平以适应单个工件的尺寸。对喷枪运动速度和喷枪气压率进行了测试,以获得更合适的参数。结果表明,粉末颜色的浪费明显减少,但不影响缺陷率的提高。由于周期时间缩短,产量也增加了。
