The work shows that potential, as a general scientific term, was introduced by\nAristotle, the definition was given by many researchers. They consider potential to be a latent possibility that has\nsufficient power to manifest under certain conditions. 摘要

本文在跨学科分析的基础上,对所研究问题的基本范畴的界定和作者对“培养未来教师以开发学童创造潜能”概念的解读,明确了研究立场,揭示了其本质和构成。通过对研究课题相关文献的分析,结合高校教师的经验和中学教师的工作,构建了培养未来教师以开发小学生创造潜能的模式。通过对理论资料的研究,笔者从“潜能”的概念、“创造潜能”的概念及其发展三个方面进行了思考。这项工作表明,潜能作为一个一般的科学术语,是由亚里士多德引入的,它的定义是由许多研究人员给出的。他们认为潜力是一种潜在的可能性,在一定条件下有足够的力量表现出来。作者同意,潜能不仅包括个人的资源和储备,还包括在社会化、中学和大学学习过程中形成的肿瘤。本文提出了一种培养未来教师以开发学童创造潜力的方法。介绍了教学实验的数据,揭示了实验工作主要阶段的本质和内容,并对实验结果进行了定性和定量处理。

On the basis of interdisciplinary analysis, the article defines the research position regarding the definition of the basic categories of the problem under study and the author's interpretation of the concept of "preparing future teachers for the development of the creative potential of schoolchildren", reveals its essence and component composition. As a result of the analysis of the literature on the research topic, the experience of teachers of higher educational institutions and the work of teachers of secondary schools, a model of preparing future teachers for the development of the creative potential of schoolchildren is constructed.
