In addition, different networks are recommended to transmit in non-overlapping period to mitigate inter-network interference, which is hard to employ in real system under circumstances such as heavy traffic load. However, there is no specific mechanism for spatial sharing with interference mitigation among networks in IEEE 802.11ad standard. Therefore, we propose an inter-network spatial sharing strategy in IEEE 802.11ad Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) in this paper. Specifically, the strategy includes SPSH report, which helps establish a complete interference and coexistence database. Corresponding time scheduling scheme is based on mutual avoidance of interference.
