Different variations of the coaxial-to-ridged waveguide and cavity sections of DGRH antennas are available to improve the VSWR to a 2:1 performance. In this paper three different profiles, exponential, Bezier and elliptical, are investigated for the ridges in the flared section, to obtain improved gain and radiation pattern performance for DRGH antennas.
