English semantic intelligent recognition is the basic technology in English fast input, simultaneous translation and other application fields, which can greatly improve the efficiency of English reading and communication. However, in practical application, English character recognition is easily interfered by noise, which seriously affects the efficiency of English semantic recognition. Based on modern intelligent recognition technology, an English semantic analysis method is designed. Modern intelligent recognition technology can extract the information of all words in the text, accurately identify the long and short patterns of text data, and accurately identify the emotional information contained in real and random English text.
