Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng.  This study was a survey method with questionnaires, and literature study.  The sample in this study were 35 employees’ of the PT. 摘要

本研究的目的是找出(1)物质工作环境对浦斯里巨邦公司员工工作动机的影响;(2)非物质工作环境对浦斯里巨邦公司员工工作动机的影响;(3)工作环境对浦斯里巨邦公司员工工作动机的影响。本研究采用问卷调查法和文献研究法。本研究的样本为PT. Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng的35名员工。使用的数据分析技术是多元回归。从本研究的多元回归分析可以发现,物理工作环境和非物理工作环境对员工的工作动机有正向影响。对员工工作动机有正向影响的最主要变量是非物质工作环境。而从决定系数(调整R方)的结果来看,体力工作环境和非体力工作环境分别占自变量的0.46和46%。这意味着46%的员工的工作动机可以用工作环境来解释。而54%的原因是本研究没有考虑到的其他因素。
