As part of that process a number of questionnaires have been circulated to obtain comments and suggestions from the members as to which services they feel the Institution should be providing, how well those services are provided as well as other general issues, such as structure, representation and the level of fees. In August 1998 two questionnaires were circulated to the members of the Institution, to permit updating of the information held by the Institution and develop a more accurate profile of the membership as well as gauge the members' views on a range of topics.
