摘要
海事云是一个术语,用于描述支持授权、无缝信息传输的基础设施概念,应IMO电子导航战略的要求,并衍生于专注于电子导航的试验台。本文提出了一种轻量级用户认证协议,其中MQTT(Message Queue Telemetry Transport)类型协议注册用户的唯一主题值,并通过QoS(Quality of Service) 2方法将该值发送给服务器;轻量级使用信息测量协议,其中用于通信服务测量的使用信息传输消耗较少的移动设备资源。
