摘要

本研究旨在探讨和分析以数字技术使用意向为中介的影响数字技术使用的因素。作为采用数字化的先决条件的变量是管理支持、时间限制和用户压力。本研究的对象是采用基于数字技术的社交媒体营销。这项研究采用了对受访者的调查。所使用的样本数量为印度尼西亚日惹和南苏门答腊特区的210家中小企业。使用的数据分析工具是结构方程模型。本研究结果表明,管理支持、时间约束和用户压力通过中介采用意愿影响数字技术采用的模型是可以接受的。
