The results show that TMT with younger members and rich working experiences tends to invest more on R&D however, the average age and gender diversity do not have significant affect. 摘要

本文以2012年6月深圳创业板上市公司数据为基础，结合TMT研究中的上层梯队理论和多样性研究中的CEM理论，运用STATA 10.0软件进行实证研究，探讨TMT特征与研发投入之间的关系。结果表明，年轻、工作经验丰富的TMT倾向于加大研发投入，而平均年龄和性别多样性对TMT研发投入的影响不显著。研究结果验证了CEM中的命题，即任务相关信息和观点的阐述是群体多样性与组织创新绩效之间的重要中介变量。
