摘要

本文在借鉴中国“鼎刚”实习实践的基础上,为职业技能培训体系定义了一个新的概念——介入管理。该方法克服了传统职业教育教学资源不足、技能培养与社会需求不一致的局限性。新管理的有效性在于,教育者可以从企业管理者和学生那里获得大量的反馈信息。从控制的角度来看,管理系统是环锁的。为促进干预管理制度,几种校企合作实行数年。2010年至2012年的就业质量数据表明了所提出的培训体系的有效性。

Interventional management for vocational skill training system
