The Flexibility of TSS Production Line Based on Work Sharing

What distinguishes work sharing production line from Taylor doctrine, social technology system thought and lean production thought is to use work sharing rules to balance the ability difference between different workers and the process imbalance, so that it shows good flexibility. Based on work sharing rules, TSS production line is divided into two types: fixed station and mobile station. Using EM plant simulation software, this paper makes a comparative study on whether the productivity of TSS production line is affected by worker efficiency and process differences.
