This paper analyses the process of setting up one-way traffic in microcirculation network taking the old urban area of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province as an example, based on the redistribution of traffic demand and channelization of intersections, a traffic organization optimization plan was proposed, and the optimization plan was simulated and analyzed using VISSIM. The effect of the plan was evaluated from a micro perspective from the perspectives of queue length, travel time and delay.
