This paper analyses the process of setting up one-way traffic in microcirculation network taking the old urban area of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province as an example, based on the redistribution of traffic demand and channelization of intersections, a traffic organization optimization plan was proposed, and the optimization plan was simulated and analyzed using VISSIM. The effect of the plan was evaluated from a micro perspective from the perspectives of queue length, travel time and delay. 摘要

一般来说,老城区通过改造和扩建难以提高道路通行能力,其交通拥堵已成为城市交通问题的突出表现。本文以浙江省金华市老城区为例,分析了微循环网络中单向交通的构建过程,在考虑交通需求再分配和交叉口通道化的基础上,提出了交通组织优化方案,并利用VISSIM软件对优化方案进行了仿真分析。从微观角度对该方案的效果进行了评价,从排队长度、出行时间和延误三个方面进行了评价。研究表明,实施交通组织优化方案后,该区域整体交通运行效率得到有效提高,对预防和缓解交通拥堵具有良好的效果。
