摘要

本文提出了一种考虑综合能量和储备调节的电动汽车充电站与配电网协调运行的方法。在该方法中,首先提出了考虑服务质量约束的电动汽车系统的能量储备综合决策公式。在此基础上,提出了基于联盟博弈的共享能量和储备调度模型,并采用特征函数对协同运行带来的经济效益分配进行了研究。最后,通过对evcs和DPN在非协调和协调模式下的运行成本进行分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。
