摘要

本文提出了一种快速跟踪暂态低压配电系统频率的算法。以RC电路为例,利用RC电路中暂态过程的电流信号来估计配电系统的频率。暂态电流信号以指数函数的形式表示为一个附加递减幅度的正弦信号。利用7个采样点的中心数值微分和拉格朗日插值,在半周期内估计了低压配电系统暂态过程的频率,精度达到99.99%。实例仿真结果表明,所提算法具有较好的动态特性,并在Matlab软件和数字控制系统中进行了仿真。
