摘要

研究的目的是利用ANSYS对蒙皮厚度为0.5 ~ 2mm的蜂窝夹层结构进行有限元分析,并将蜂窝边缘转换为曲线形状,以避免在相交处出现应力集中。对结构的固有频率也进行了研究。核心结构采用铝合金材料,蒙皮或面板采用碳纤维材料,并通过ANSYS工程数据源对其性能进行了评估。芯材的曲率半径为1.5 mm,与传统的边缘锋利的蜂窝结构不同,芯材皮厚的增加提高了试件的承载能力。
