The comparison between the simulation and experimental base on criterion standard. The result shows that the faults increased proportionally in the eccentricity. 摘要

感应电机的维护和状态监测是工业中节约成本和节能的重要因素。本文采用仿真与实验相结合的方法,对异步电动机不同级别偏心故障的检测进行了研究。分析电流信号和声时频域,应用快速傅立叶估计故障谐波信号、噪声、偏心引起的故障。基于准则标准的仿真与实验比较。结果表明,断层在偏心率上呈比例增大。综上所述,在谐波电流畸变3、5、7阶和噪声增大的同时,在所分析的故障中,谐波与噪声是关系,对异步电动机的高温效率有影响,会导致异步电动机的高温效率降低和能耗降低。
