本文论证了学生在大学学习期间形成和发展专业能力的可能性。特别注意实际训练,其中规定学生参与执行与他们将来的专业活动有关的工作的某些要素。本文描述了笔者在大学实训过程中发展学生专业能力的模型,突出了主体、客体、主体要素和战略、战术、操作三个层次的专业技能。专业能力发展模式基于对学生在大学培训阶段的具体专业技能和行为的识别,为学生未来作为教师心理学家的专业活动提供了有效的解决学生实践培训问题的方法。
