The purpose of this research is to develop and prove the knowledge of the theoretical sciences learned in college and applied to the world of work. The object of this research is Consumers from CV Central Elektro Bengkulu, this research method is descriptive analysis which is applied to quantitative methods, while the sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling. The number of respondents used in this study were 85 respondents from electrical central CV consumers and using SPSS. 摘要

本论文的题目是“服务质量和产品质量对Cv中央电器蚌埠路消费者满意度的影响分析”。本研究的目的是发展和证明在大学里学到的理论科学知识,并将其应用于工作世界。本研究的对象是CV Central Elektro Bengkulu的消费者,本研究的研究方法是描述性分析,采用定量方法,而本研究的抽样技术采用有目的抽样。本研究中使用的受访者数量是来自电气中心CV消费者的85名受访者,并使用SPSS。通过多元回归分析,本研究的结果可以得出服务质量和产品质量这两个变量对顾客满意有正向显著影响,服务质量对顾客满意有正向影响,产品质量对顾客满意有正向影响。
