In order to improve the fidelity of false targets' motion characteristics, a deception jamming approach is presented to generate false targets with both translation and micro-motion information. Based on the false target motion model and the radar signals captured by the jammer, the phase modulation is applied to add the micro-motion characteristics on the conventional range-velocity false target, which could deceive PD radar with the capability of micro-motion measurement more efficiently. Micro-motion false target generation in deception jammer against Pulse Doppler radar
