Survey was used for the study; the population of the study comprises 998 final year undergraduates’ business education students. Stratified proportionate sampling technique was used for the study. Instrument used for data collection was a structured questionnaire. Reliability of the instrument was determined using Cronbach Alpha to test the internal consistency of the instrument. The data was collected by the researcher with the help of research assistants. Data collected was analyzed using Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS, 25). The findings of the study revealed that Entrepreneurial mind set does not significantly influence business startup of undergraduate business education students and also Government policy does not significantly moderate the relationship between, entrepreneurial mind set on business startup. 摘要

本研究旨在确定政府政策对尼日利亚本科商科学生创业教育与创业关系的调节作用。本研究采用问卷调查法;本研究的研究对象包括998名商业教育本科最后一年的学生。本研究采用分层比例抽样技术。数据收集工具为结构化问卷。采用Cronbach Alpha检验仪器的内部一致性,确定仪器的信度。数据是由研究人员在研究助理的帮助下收集的。收集的数据使用社会科学统计软件包(SPSS, 25)进行分析。本研究发现,创业心态对商科班大学生创业无显著影响,政府政策对创业心态与创业的关系无显著调节作用。基于此,该研究建议,大学讲师应确保创业教育的目的是向尼日利亚东北部联邦大学本科商业教育学生灌输创业思维。
