Therefore, in order to maintain the system in safe operation, it is of great importance to quantify the influence of protection scheme on traction power supply system. This paper presents a risk assessment method for traction power supply system considering the reliability of system protection. A risk probability model for system protection is established. Based on Markovian state-space method, the reliability of the protection system is evaluated; the misoperations of the protection system and their possible consequences are analyzed by FMEA method. Three types of economic loss indices are defined to establish the quantitative risk consequence model; the risk of traction power supply system is thereby quantified by integrating risk probability and risk consequence. Practical traction power supply system is taken as an example to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method. 摘要

适当的保护方案是牵引供电系统的重要防御机制,其运行的可靠性直接影响系统的正常运行。因此,为了保证牵引供电系统的安全运行,量化保护方案对牵引供电系统的影响具有重要意义。提出了一种考虑系统保护可靠性的牵引供电系统风险评估方法。建立了系统保护的风险概率模型。基于马尔可夫状态空间法,对保护系统的可靠性进行了评估;采用FMEA方法分析了保护系统的误操作及其可能造成的后果。定义了三类经济损失指标,建立了定量的风险后果模型;从而将风险概率与风险后果相结合,对牵引供电系统的风险进行量化。以实际牵引供电系统为例,验证了该方法的有效性。评估结果可以帮助制定相应的维护措施,为维护策略提供指导,从而降低系统风险。
