The results of the study show that the workload variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在了解工作量、工作压力和工作培训对BKK三宝垄银行BPR员工绩效的影响。本研究采用多元线性回归分析方法和统计检验工具。本研究的测量采用李克特量表,然后使用IBM SPSS 25工具对本研究的数据进行处理。研究结果表明,工作量变量对员工绩效有显著的负向影响。工作压力变量对员工绩效有显著的负向影响。同时,岗位培训变量对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。
