There is a positive direct effect of Self Efficacy on Academic Service Quality., (4) There is a positive direct influence of Interpersonal Communication on Self Efficacy, (5) There is a positive direct influence of Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on Self Efficacy. 摘要

本研究旨在确定人际交往、普遍多元取向(universal- diversity orientation, UDO)和自我效能感对行政服务质量的直接影响,以及人际交往和普遍多元取向(universal- diversity orientation, UDO)通过自我效能感对雅加达国立大学行政服务质量的间接影响。该研究采用的是一项具有因果设计的调查。样本受访者的数量确定为178名员工,抽样技术采用简单随机(样本随机抽样)从雅加达州立大学的230名员工中进行。研究结果表明:(1)人际交往对学术服务质量有正向的直接影响;(2)普遍多元取向(UDO)对学术服务质量有正向的直接影响;(3)自我效能感对学术服务质量有正向的直接影响。(4)人际交往对自我效能感有正向的直接影响;(5)普遍多元取向对自我效能感有正向的直接影响。本研究的新颖之处在于,此时进行的研究着眼于几个变量的变化,如人际交往、普遍多样化取向(UDO)和自我效能感对行政服务质量的影响,以及作为自变量的质量变量。
