摘要

本研究旨在找出影响IT专业人员离职倾向的因素。建立了人格特质、工作满意度、职业满意度、职业自我效能感和职业承诺五因素模型。在土耳其工作的IT专业人士共收集了430份回复。采用结构方程建模技术进行分析。结果表明,工作满意度和职业承诺对离职倾向有直接的负向影响。此外,五种人格特质中的尽责性、经验开放性和职业自我效能间接影响离职倾向。

The Effect of Five-Factor Model of Personality Traits on Turnover Intention among Information Technology (IT) Professionals
