{"title":"监管公民行为对改善服务机构业绩的影响(对哈马市公共银行的调查研究，关于引入具体做法的研究)","authors":"Hayan Hamdan","doi":"10.2139/ssrn.3633874","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Arabic Abstract: الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على اثر سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية في تحسين اداء المؤسسات الخدمية واعتبار ان سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية من الوسائل الهامة والفاعلة في تحقيق النجاح والنمو للمنظمات وتحسين ادائها و تقدمها. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبيان شمل (31) سؤال بحثي لجمع البيانات الاولية من عينة الدراسة المكونة من (145) مفردة، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع وتحليل البينات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS وتم التوصل الى عدد من النتائج من اهمها: 1- وجود تأثير معنوي وعلاقة ارتباط قوية بين المتغير المستقل سلوك المواطنة والمتغير التابع زيادة الحصة السوقية. 2- وجود تأثير معنوي وعلاقة ارتباط متوسطة بين المتغير المستقل سلوك المواطنة والمتغير التابع زيادة قدرة المصارف على المحافظة على العملاء الحاليين وجذب عملاء جدد. 3- وجود تأثير معنوي وعلاقة ارتباط قوية بين سلوك المواطنة وزيادة الربحية. 4- وجود تأثير معنوي وعلاقة ارتباط قوية بين المتغير المستقل سلوك المواطنة والمتغير التابع رضاء عملاء المصارف محل الدراسة. 5- وجود تأثير معنوي وعلاقة ارتباط قوية بين المتغير المستقل سلوك المواطنة والمتغير التابع زيادة القدرة التنافسية للمصارف محل الدراسة. وتم اقتراح عدة توصيات في نهاية البحث كلمات مفتاحية: مواطنة، سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، المصارف. English Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on improving the performance of Service institutions, supposing that OCB is considered one of the most important and efficient tools to achieve success and prosperity in organizations and to improve their performance. To fulfill the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire of 31 questions to collect data from the participant sample which comprises 145 single. Data were collected and analyzed and hypotheses were tested out using SPSS. A number of findings were obtained from this study, the most important of which are: 1. There is a significant influence and a strong correlation between the independent variable (OCB) and the dependent variable (the increase of the market share). 2. There is a significant influence and a moderate correlation between the independent variable (OCB) and the dependent variable (the increase of the capability of banks to maintain the current clients and to prospect for new clients). 3. There is a significant influence and a strong correlation between the independent variable (OCB) and the dependent variable (the increase of profits). 4. There is a significant influence and a strong correlation between the independent variable (OCB) and the dependent variable (the clients of the banks participating in the study being satisfied). 5. There is a significant influence and a strong correlation between the independent variable (OCB) and the dependent variable (the increase of the competitive capability of the banks taking part in the study). Arabic Abstract: الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على اثر سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية في تحسين اداء المؤسسات الخدمية واعتبار ان سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية من الوسائل الهامة والفاعلة في تحقيق النجاح والنمو للمنظمات وتحسين ادائها و تقدمها. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبيان شمل (31) سؤال بحثي لجمع البيانات الاولية من عينة الدراسة المكونة من (145) مفردة، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع وتحليل البينات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS وتم التوصل الى عدد من النتائج من اهمها:
