摘要

《中华人民共和国食品卫生法(试行)》于1983年7月1日颁布实施。《中国食品报》于1984年1月1日创刊。本研究通过分析1984-1995年期间《中国食品报》关于食品安全问题的报道,研究1984-1995年期间食品安全问题的状况、原因、发展趋势和改进措施,这一时期与《中华人民共和国食品卫生法(试行)》的实施大致一致。通过对食品安全事件发生背景的分析,进一步找出食品安全问题产生的原因以及食品安全与社会经济发展的关系,寻求解决食品安全问题的有效途径,为改善中国食品安全状况提供经验。
