The main criteria for the efficiency while synthesizing systems for monitoring and control on complex technical objects are the system's performance, its reliability and cost. This article proposes an approach that can be used in the stage of synthesis of the structure of such systems. Special attention is paid to the realization when selecting technical and control devices, which satisfy any technical requirements according to necessary high reliability.
