摘要

水轮发电机的止推轴承承受较大的轴向载荷,油膜摩擦时产生大量的热量。为了降低推力轴承的温度,提高温度分布的均匀性,采用三维流场模拟分析方法进行流固耦合传热研究是一种有效的方法。本文以工程中推力轴承模型的实际运行情况为分析对象,利用CFD软件分析了不同油膜结构条件下推力轴承的温度特性。仿真结果与实际测量结果吻合较好,表明该仿真方法可用于指导推力轴承模型冷却方案的设计与优化。
