Security check method of Regional Power Grid in Market Environment
In general, security check of provincial spot market has adopted the boundary equivalence mode that can not guarantee the accuracy of power flow in each branch of the tie-lines, so it has been necessary to perform security check and correction on regional power grid. Therefore, we design a check protocol on regional power grid considering operation of the provincial power markets. At first, the initial market-clearing in each province is carried out based on the initial schedule of the tie-lines, and the market-clearing results are reported to the regional dispatch. Secondly, the overall regional security check is carried out to obtain accurate overrun results, and then correlation between violated security constraints and units are established through equal and opposite adjustment in pairs. Finally, the regional overrun security constraint set is distributed to the corresponding provinces, based on which each of provinces conduct re-clearing by taking regional key security constraints into account, and coordinated to the regional power grid so as to meet the security constraints. The proposed method is verified by a power grid examples.
