Características de éxito en estudiantes de nivel básico en México acorde con la prueba EXCALE

Es muy importante conocer las características de los estudiantes potenciales de nivel licenciatura desde las primeras etapas de su formación educativa. Si contamos con esta información, es factible contribuir a la mejora de la educación básica, media y superior. En este trabajo se realiza una tarea de búsqueda de condiciones que tienen los alumnos que alcanzan los logros académicos establecidos en la prueba EXCALE de tercer grado de primaria para la asignatura de matemáticas con la intención de fomentar estos rasgos y potencializar a los futuros estudiantes de nivel licenciatura. Para lo anterior, se trabajó con una muestra de 3 entidades federativas (Aguascalientes, Jalisco y Veracruz) encontrando convergencias interesantes y particularidades para su posterior fortalecimiento. It is very important to know the characteristics of potential undergraduate students from the early stages of their educational training. If we have this information, it is feasible to contribute to the improvement of basic, middle and higher education. In this work, we search for the conditions of students who reach the academic achievements established in the EXCALE test for the third grade of elementary school for the subject of mathematics with the intention of promoting these traits and empowering future students at the bachelor's degree level. That’s why, we worked with a sample of 3 states (Aguascalientes, Jalisco and Veracruz) finding interesting convergences and particularities for further strengthening.
